Erich Moreno is a Huntington Beach native established as one of OC’s premier speed, strength and conditioning specialists. His program caters to athletes of various levels and needs. He works with sports ranging from Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, and Volleyball. He coaches athletes from the middle school and Frosh/Soph levels to the Varsity and NCAA Div I ranks. Many of his athletes have gone on to Universities such as Duke, UCLA, Arizona, Notre Dame as well as other continuing on in the NBA, NFL, MLB and ATP.

His program develops athletic skills in the areas from increasing footspeed and agility, to first step quickness and explosiveness. His copy written Footspeed/Agility/Quickness/Strength (FAQS) program is exclusive to the participants in his program.

His philosophy is to develop the athlete for the long term perspective. There is not a “get great quick” scheme. The underlying success factor that makes his program work…the individual’s willingness to work hard.”

Erich’s Sports Training Program includes working with Individuals to Small groups to team settings. His monthly programs are ongoing from 4-12 workouts per month. He also conducts individual goal setting/ college planning sessions as part of his program.
