10:30am Session Canceled

OCYSA's 10:30 Speed Class will be canceled tomorrow. If you normally come to that session please come to the earlier session at 8:30am or the two later Sessions we offer at 1:00pm and 3:30pm.

New Class Times

OCYSA will have new operating hours as we roll into Summer. Also we will be offering more classes through out the week. We will now be running Speed M-F at four separate times. Also Core Strength Training will be offered M-W-F now. Also at four separate times. Core and Speed will be ran side by side M-W-F. These new times take affect on June 23rd-September 5th (Subject to Change).  If you are hoping to do both classes, which we encourage as your core is a huge part of your speed. Then you may either wait for the next Core or Speed class to start  or come back.
