Our coaches have over 100 years of combined experience, yet all are bound by one common philosophy. We believe that if a person loves the sport of wrestling, then and only then can that person work hard enough to compete at their potential. We also believe that it's more important to have a strong work ethic and great attitude than God-given talent or luck. That said, our coaches competed and coached Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco-Roman at the highest levels in the U.S. and/or Internationally, demonstrating dominance in the sport, and expertise in the art.

Our head technical coach is National Wrestling Hall of Fame wrestler, Joe Gonzales. Joe is a lifelong wrestler from the heart and a salt-of-the-earth person who believes deeply in giving back to youth as a way of building tomorrow's leaders, teams, educators, doctors, mothers and fathers. Joe Gonzales is considered one of the most decorated light-weight wrestlers of our time, he has been asked to do clinics all over the United States to show the wrestling community some of his secrets to success and being a champion.
